 The location of the holiday-home is very central! Not far from the main-road between Kuta and Sanur It takes just 10 minutes to reach Sanur or Kuta/Legian/Seminyak |
Large 75 sqm - 2-bedroom furnished house in Bali "Sidakarya" for up to 4 people, strategically located and completely furnished with a large single bed (200x120 cm) in the guestroom, a large kingsize-bed (200x180 cm) in the bedroom, another comfortable sleeping-couch (for two person) in the living room and a small sleeping-sofa for one person in the Entrance-room. There is a modern shower in the bathroom and the kitchen is completely equipped.

This cozy -75 sqm- 2 bedroom Bali-Holiday Home in
Bali - Sanur was recently renovated and is tastfully furnished.
The 1-story building is strategically located in central Bali very close to the Bali "Bypass" which goes from Sanur in the North-East
until Nusa Dua in the South.
The Tourist placesSanur - Kuta/Legian/Seminyak could be reached by car within 10 minutes and
Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Padang Bai is very easy and fast to reach.
The Shopping Facilities are excellent and just 500 meter from the Holiday Home.
There are many Restaurants in Sanur and at the ByPass and we can organize for you a small car (Suzuki Jimny) for just 10 €
per day to keep you flexible.
The holiday house has two garden’s and sitting & dining places everywhere.
There is also a custom made stainless steel barbecue in the Rear-Garden.
The Living-Room is equipped with a triple sleeping-couch & a Settee in front of the large TV with DVD-Player and a
antique cabinet. The large couch is also very inviting vor a relaxing afternoon-nap.
The Dining Corner consist of a dining table and 6 (8) chairs.
There is also another Dining table at the rear garden for "romantic candlelit dinners".
The Holiday Home is in Sidakarya not far from the "Tanjung Benoa" (where the Bali International Marina is located)
and Serangan "the Turtle" Island with many local and International Boats moored in the Lagoon
The Guestroom is furnished with a large single-bed (or small double bed), a Wardrobe and a cabinet.
There is also a writing- and Laptop table.
The bedroom is furnished with a large, teakwood kingsize-bed (200x180 cm) with branded mattress, 2 bedside-tables
with modern reading-lamps, a antique Wardrobe and a cosmetic-table with large mirror and chair.
The Bedroom is equipped also with an very effective AIR CONDITION!
The light Visitors Room is equipped with a large Sofa which converts to a comfortable single-bed, a couch-table and hanger-wardrobe.
The Kitchen with heaps of storage is furnished with a modern refrigerator, many drawers, racks & cabinets and two gas-stoves.
There is also a Coffee-Machine, a Toaster and a hotwater-maker plus a Drinking-Water - Spender.
The newly renovated Bathroom is equipped with a large, modern hotwater "Rain-Shower".
