This Ship was build 5 years ago in South Sulawesi as a Cargo Ship made from Iron-Wood and one year ago in a professional shipyard in Surabaya
converted as a Cruise- and Dive-Boat as an Explorer Yacht.
The Shipyard used only high Quality-Wood for the Superstructure and Interior like: Teakwood, Kamper and Bankirai.
The Schooner is 30 meter long, 5,9 meter wide and has a draft of 2,2 meter.
The Ship has two Mast's. There are now Sails fitted, but it would be not problem at all to equip the Schooner with adequate Sails for a good performance
under sail & 'motor-sail'.
There are 14 single-beds and 6 double-beds in 11 Cabins. there are also 3 toilets and 3 showers on board.
The ship is very well maintained and in perfect Operating Order. It was last year at the Dry-Dock and the bottom is in good order & condition.
The large (16sqm) and professional equipped Galley consist of several Fridges & Freezers and heaps of storage.
The Ship is registered in Indonesia and comes with a Foreign Investment Company include all Licenses and permits for Charter- and Cruise Operation!

Further Information:
The Ship will be sold with a PMA (foreign Investment Company),
and a local company (P.T.) with the assistance of an international Advocate.
The Boat has a Crew of 5: Captain, Dive-Master, Cook & 2 Deckhands
who hold the Ship in perfect order and condition.
(There are another 9 Crew-Beds for additional Crew when Cruising!)
The Expenses for the Ship when mooring (at the own Mooring) in Benoa Harbour
incl. all expenses & salaries, etc. are about USD 40 per day only.
You just need 3 paying Guest's to cover the expenses for a Dive- or Adventure Cruise!
The Boat could operate international! Also in Europe and or the Pacific Islands!

Traditional & Economical:
The Phinisi-Design is the traditional Design for Cargo-Ships build in South-Sulawesi (Celebes).
This Ships are build since hundred of years in different Sizes, but all in the same style.
They are absolute sea-worthy Working-Ships and some of them have circumnavigated a couple of times.
The advantages of these ships are that they are very economical to operate and the fixed expenses are relatively small.
They are -of course- no Racing Boats and the cruising speed is about 6 to 7 knots and with an experienced Captain, these
Schooner's could reach any destination on earth.
The very reliable Mitsubishi-Main engine uses just about 12 liter per hour and the small 5KW-Dong Feng Generator
(for the 'normal' power-supply absolutely enough) consumes just 3 liter per hour!

The Price if for the Ship incl. all Equipment and the local Company with forward bookings.
With the purchase of the Company you will receive up to 4 Staying- and Working Permits for Foreigners!
A small -very centrally located- office with storage facilities could be rented for a very reasonable Lease.
The Ship has still weekly bookings and you can start your own business right away.
The Ship (and the Company) has to be sold due to the fact that the current Owners have to return to their
