RATES
Accommodation & Room rental rates quoted by PT
Safari Bulan Madu-Bali, are on a per night basis. Check-in time is after 4:00
PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. PT Safari Bulan Madu-Bali
require for some apartments a 3 night minimum stay and might sometimes one
week or longer during the Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter or
Summer holidays.
Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy of the vacation rental as shown on
the web site. Additional guests may be subject to a per person, per day
surcharge. Rates include salaries of all household staff, the cost of
electricity, water, cleaning and gardening supplies, local taxes, and so on.
NOT INCLUDED / ADDITIONAL
CHARGES
Rates do not include baggage handling, gratuities,
telephone, fax and telegram charges, car rental, food, soft drinks and/or
liquor, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon
departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc).
RESERVATION & PAYMENTS
Payment of about 30% of the Rental or Booking Deposit
must be received by PT Safari Bulan Madu-Bali (or his Representative Reinhold
Schulz) before a Confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the
remaining balance must be received by PT Safari Bulan Madu-Bali in cash on
the day of arrival. Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will
make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
All rates for accommodation in Bali & Hamburg are quoted in €-Euro.
Handover of the Apartments
We provide bedsheets & towels for 5 € per
person and there will be a 15 € charge for the final cleaning.
The Apartments will be handover between 16:00 and
18:00 pm and should be returned between 08:00 and 10:00 am, but other times
could be set up –if available- but we have to charge an extra fee of 15 € for
late or earlier arrival and checkout.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
A US$50 administration fee will be charged by PT Safari
Bulan Madu-Bali for any change of booking after a Confirmation has been
issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Accommodation
or Transport Vehicle’s owner.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in
forfeiture of deposit(s). Refund of monies paid for accommodation and
services will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The
accommodation becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent replacement
accommodation can be obtained (this qualifies for a 100% refund); 2.) The
accommodation is re-booked by another party for the period of the initial
booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund
will be made. Any rental payments, which qualify for a refund, whether in
whole or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 15% administration
fee. 3.) If the guest cancel the reservation more then two weeks before the
booking period, there will be no refund at all. If the guest cancel less then
two weeks before the booking period,
or “no show” the full rental fee has to be paid.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
As deposits and rental payments are not refundable after
a reservation has been confirmed, we highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance which covers all your
expenses if you have to cancel your journey, need medical treatment overseas
or emergency evacuation, or extra costs because of luggage delay or loss,
etc.
LIABILITY
PT Safari Bulan Madu-Bali acts only as agent for the
accommodation owners, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing
accommodation, transport, and services. Under no circumstances shall PT
Safari Bulan Madu-Bali be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or
injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever,
however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law
or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as
described or substituted, or by reason of military action, revolution or acts
of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third
parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or
as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, PT Safari
Bulan Madu-Bali will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts
to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or
better than those originally contracted. PT Safari Bulan Madu-Bali at their
sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue
service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or
guest services.
